The company's charter

The charter defines the purpose, principles of operation and management structure of the Berehynia Association, as well as the rights and obligations of its members.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Ukrainian Association of Parents and Teachers "Berehynia" (hereinafter referred to as the Association) is a voluntary, non-profit public organization.

1.2. The Association operates in the territory of the Kingdom of Spain, in particular in the city of Barcelona.

1.3. The Association was established to unite parents, teachers and representatives of the Ukrainian community to preserve the Ukrainian language, culture and national identity.

1.4. The Association is a non-profit organization and does not distribute profits among its members.

2. Purpose and objectives

2.1. The purpose of the Association is to develop the Ukrainian community abroad and support educational and cultural initiatives.

2.2. Main tasks:

  • Promoting the preservation of the Ukrainian language and culture;
  • support for Ukrainian schools and art projects;
  • organizing educational, cultural and charitable events;
  • strengthening ties with Ukraine;
  • development of international cooperation;
  • support for children and youth of Ukrainian origin.

3. Membership in the Association

3.1. Members of the Association may be adults who share its purpose and objectives
